How to change/control "block 3" rows numbers

Please i need to know how to change/control “blocks” rows numbers for example block #3 its show 3 rows i need to force it to show 4 instead of.

Hello Mido,

This setting can be handled from General settings in WordPress. Also, you should increase the limit post number t of displaying from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/6c2WVlzTCd Clear all the caches and check the results.

Its not blog posts its a page and using tagdiv block 3 and by the way its already 12 limit post number.
