I would like to change the post title hover color on a block (block 18, specifically). As of now, both the active and hover color are white. Can you please help me with that? Thank you for your assistance.

The hover colors for a block are grabbed from the theme accent color. The theme accent color defines multiple element hover colors so you should not have it set to white.

I didn’t set it to white. It also doesn’t hover to a theme color on your demo page of that block. I am asking if you could help me so that the post title can hover to my theme color. Thank you for your help with this.
