unwanted code in the top left corner

I have an unwanted line of code 4/inH4-0WlO3BZ2-7X24Qciw5VJbyouiHETTm4XWDN7wY this is above my top bar on every page in the top left of the screen, ive deactivated third party plugins but its still there, any advice on how to remove it?
