Custom bar

Hi, I need to create a bar as depicted in this picture.

This a not a menu bar and will be on a single page only. Can you please tell me how could this be achieved in your theme?

Hello,

Our theme does not have any settings to create such a bar but you can do it with custom html and css if you have the skills necessary. You can create a simple list and style it with css.
