Problems in single image link (Visual composer)

Hi!
In this url:
http://infoactivat.com/prats/municipi/transport-public
I set a link in Open Custom link (Single image)-> a pdf uploaded http://www.infoactivat.com/prats/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/20170912-sagales-prats-de-llucanes.pdf

But this link is not working! Only appears # in url link.

Please, help me!

Hi,

If you use Visual composer, please deactivate the tagDiv composer from the plugins section and the single images should work properly. Having both composers active can affect these elements.
