Can I prevent featured images from showing up in my post? I don’t want to get rid of them because I want my related post image thumbnails not to be blank. Or is there a way I could tell newspaper to use the first image in my post as the thumbnail?

Ignore this. I found the setting. I somehow overlooked it.
