Shortcode wpforms in Newspaper 8.5 demo HEAVEN SPA don't work

Hi.
I just instal demo Heaven Spa. But in footer appear shortcode [wpforms id=”398″ title=”false” description=”false”] and this don’t work live demo https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_spa/
I think this theme miss plugin has wpforms shortcode.
Pls help!
