Hi,
First please check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide if necessary

You could ask your hosting to make the changes for you, they might have a recommended method in this matter. Then check if everything works properly.
Additionally, if the issue persists you could deactivate all plugins except theme plugins, to see if this has any effect.
Please let us know if there are still problems using the theme or theme plugins.
