Same problem here @tylerdavis7. Looks like some files (like parts/footer/td_sub_footer_template_1.php) are missing on this update.
I had just updated to 8.2 a few days ago it seemed to go pretty smooth. Now this.

Try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest theme’s method in this case. Please keep in mind that all the plugins have been tested before including in this packet and should works as expected. Also, if you are using some untested plugins with the theme, try to disable all of them because all of these might interact with the theme and causes a lot of unknown issues, sorry!

So far I have figured out you can’t just copy the patch files because that causes errors. If you copy the whole Newspaper theme it seems to work. Still have trouble with visual composer columns all defaulting to 100% after upgrade.

Most likely, you are using both page builders to be active and this thing is not recommended. Use only one of them if you want to achieve best theme results. Also,
