Is it possible to manually select the posts that show up in the Category Top Posts area? I have posts I want to feature there, or keep sticky, there.

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to manually select the posts that show up on the category page. The only option, in this case, it the drop down category filter which is available for each category page, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/ki8wKZPw
