I believe you are trying to add that code in the post page. Try entering it in the loop-single file corresponding to the post template used. Each post template has a corresponding loop-single file (main theme folder)

Hi,

There must be some instructions provided with the code as to where exactly it needs to be entered. Maybe that code it is not supposed to be entered in the post template files.
Please check the installations instructions that should be mentioned for the code implementation, by the code provider.
