I install WPBakery Page Builder plugin attached in zip file downloaded, but is not working in multisite instance, how can solve that?

The Visual Composer is fully tested with the theme and should work as expected. Also, notice that the multisite is just a WordPress functionality and it can be done in a lot of ways. For more information about this implementation, please check here -> https://codex.wordpress.org/Create_A_Network We recommend using the way of multisite when you have to create a new install for each subdomain and then you can make a redirect between them.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide support for multisite because it has not been tested with the theme, sorry! Some of our customers use the multisite and it seems to work as expected.

Unfortunately, I have inspected your backend page but I saw that I do not have any access to your panel and plugins section. It seems that the TD Composer works as expected, without any problems. Regarding on WPBakery Visual Composer, please notice that regard is not theme’s related and as I have explained you above, the multi-site has not been tested with our theme and also, we cannot provide support for this, sorry! Regarding on multisite, notice that the theme was not tested and we cannot say for sure if it will work or not as expected with this, sorry!
