I will like to implement a page loader effect on all my pages. Does Newspaper have any inbuilt settings for this?
If not what plugin will you recommend I should use to achieve this?

Hello,
Unfortunately there is no setting in this regard and I cannot recommend any plugin as we have not tested any such plugin. You will have to try a few plugins out and see which one works best.
