Quick to list on the Google

Hi, Can I know the way to list on the google quick?

I do use the webmaster but do I need to install or set up something else to let google list quick?

my url is blog.flipweb.tw

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option for this, sorry! Please provide more details or some useful screenshots with your desired changes so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
