You put the wrong ID for your Facebook page. It returns the following error http://prntscr.com/hlbp1w . You need to go to your about section of your page, scroll to the bottom and copy that long number at the bottom and paste it on the Facebook ID section of the Social Counter widget (I am assuming you have inserted the app ID and secret correctly)

Hi,
The Facebook link does not seem to be valid, as mentioned by epickenyan. Please make sure you are configuring the counter according to the guide, and it should work
