Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to change the ajax limit, sorry!

By default it’s 4 items, but we need 5 items. Please help where we can find the code to change it.

You should edit the td_data_source.php and change the following parameter from there like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/bxrBdoJH Clear all the caches and check the results.
