How does anyone other than admin access the dashboard?

I am trying to provide dashboard access to someone I have designated as an editor but this is not currently possible.

When logged in and attempting to access the dashboard from the dropdown list under the domain name, all they see is “dashboard”. When clicked they receive a message advising it isn’t redirecting properly.

As admin I see a much deeper menu including Theme Panel, which I have to click to access the dashboard. If an admin also attempts to access the dashboard by clicking dashboard, they receive the same default message.

How can I change these settings?

can you provide more details on the error they’re seeing?

Hi,

Please note that only admin level users will have access to the theme panel, anything below that like editors cannot use the theme panel.
However there should not be any errors provided, please see this guide for more information if you are getting the redirection message
