Notifications While Installing Demo Data

Hi Tagdiv Team,
while installing demo data to my site i m getting “https://prnt.sc/hm3bt2” 3 to 4 times can you please tell me how to solve that?

Hello umarjutt,

If the demo still won’t load, you need to check if you have the correct permissions on your upload folder. If not you can use the c-panel to change permissions (set them to 777) or if you do not have access to the Cpanel, please contact your hosting provider. Another thing you can check with your host is to unlock the demo if there is some setting which blocks access to it. Try again and check the results.
If all of these will not do it, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and request the manual installation and we will provide the XML file for the specific demo you want to import.
