Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to add comments for an author page, sorry! If you want to achieve this you should try to find such a plugin with this functionality and check how it will work or you should implement it yourself this functionality.

Please notice that if you want that your Twitter Sharing to be opened in a new window you should have enabled the Like/Tweet button from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/f5GDCzlkVc Also, if you do not like it appears this option in the frontend, you should use a bit of CSS code to hide them. Try the code and place it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS area.
