Hi, I am following your guidelines (https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-ads-adsense/)for
inserting adsense code into newspaper theme and the ads are not displaying.There is a blank whitespace instead.
Abblock is disabled. The ads show fine on other themes. I have had the account since 2011, so it is not an issue of a new account waiting to be delivered by Google.
I have also tried posting the code inside the content and it still will not show. It shows a blank white space instead. When inserting ads with theme panal it also just shows a blank white space where the ad should be.
Any other ideas?

Try pasting the ad code into a simple sidebar html widget.
I was getting blank items today.
Google sometimes has issues since they pull content from multiple servers.
What happens, is Google tracking YOU – then you go to your site; they try to serve ad based on algorithm – that ad broken or timed out, nothing shows. So, you go back, they keep trying to show you bad ads.
Often you can trick them by doing something like
go to Google, search for major brand (e.g., Infiniti …)
go to infiniti website; close browser.
Go back to your website.
Probably you will now see an Infiniti ad on right side of your page on your site.
That is what I do anyways.
