Tagdiv editor is not working.I can’t drag and drop the elements.Please help help

Hwllo dibyajyoti1994,

First of all, make sure that you are using the latest theme version from Theme Forest installed via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case. Also, ensure that your system status is correctly increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
