Tagdiv editor/TD Composor is not working.Can't drag elements

Tagdiv editor is not working.I can’t drag and drop the elements.Please help help

Hi,

Please check the theme system status parameters
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Ask your hosting provider to make modifications if needed, then test if the composer works properly. Insufficient resources can cause such issues. Let us know if there still is a problem.

They told me everything is fine from the host end.Check the ss attached.There is no adding option is appearingTagDiv Composor Issue

and one more thing.With newspaper 8.5 the old visual editor v4.12.1 is given the latest one is 5.0.1.How can we update to the latest one?

Hi,

If you are referring to Visual composer, the latest theme package includes version 5.4.5 of the plugin.
Regarding the tagDiv composer issue, if the theme system status is set according to the guide you could try this suggestion. Deactivate all other plugins except theme plugins. Then check on a new page if the composer works properly. Let us know the results.
