Insert a banner html +text/javascript in a single page

Hi,
I’need to add a banners in my profile page ( http://91.197.229.197/~uroblogi/andrea-cocci/ ) and other medician profiles page under the author box.
The banner is creating automatically by generator at pege https://www.dottori.it/widget insering my profile URL “https://www.dottori.it/andrea-cocci-347401” whitin I obtain that code:
