Hi,
We are having issue with the ad displaying on ipad portrait mode with 2 columns row ( 2/3 and 1/3 ).
When it shows on the ipad portrait view the 1/3 block always get cut-off on the right side.
Here are the comparison of the two views:
Desktop: https://goo.gl/2Wbiuh
Tablet: https://goo.gl/gGcDvn
I think if we can force the tablet potrait view to show Desktop view when using Ipad/Tablet it will be better.
Thank you
Hi,
That would happen if the ad is not responsive and adapt depending on the available width. You could create ads optimized for tablet portrait or landscape, check this guide

Thanks
Hi,
There would not be enough container space to display the desktop ad on tablet, that is why the ad should be responsive and present a smaller ad depending on the available width, adapt depending on space. Or use different ads optimized for tablet.

Hi,
That would not be possible by them options, and it would not be recommended to make modifications to the theme width. The overall width of the columns is predefined to ensure that the elements used inside them will display properly. Making changes to the containers could cause the elements to appear broken.
Thanks
Hi,
That would not be a good solution, the ads themselves should be responsive and adapt to available width, not trying to adapt the whole website for and ad.
The sidebar like all containers on the page will be resized when needed, but it seems the ad remain the same size

Either have responsive ads that will be resized or have different ads if possible optimized for each device.
Thanks
