The categories do not open in the theme panel

Hello everyone, I have a problem with the categories in the control panel.
When I try to change the color of the category and its settings, the panel does not open and loads indefinitely.

Please check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide

Ask your hosting provider to make the changes for you if needed. Then check if the issue is solved.
