Hello! would like to know why in the template header is used only h1, then h3, and h2 is missing?

Hello Olya,

Please notice that was our designer’s decision. The H1 tag is for the logo and the H3 tag is for post title in blocks. You can add an H2 tag if you want into a text with title block.
