Hey there,
If I want to re-design some pages of the site on another (development) server [with a duplicate installation of my site] is there a way to export the page or at least the visual composer layout and then import it into my live site?

Hello Kilian,
You can simply copy the page code. Access the back-end in page edit and copy the code from text mode in the tiny mce editor and simply paste it on a new page in the same field.
