Latest Articles Block Problem

I have installed Business Demo on my website.
website is: business.siteww.com
I wanted to change the block titles, from lowercase to capitalize, i did it from theme panel > Theme fonts > BLOCKS/WIDGETS TITLE and i changed there from lowercase to capitalize, everything changed except latest articles block, it still stays uppercase. How can i change it to be capitalized?

Hello,

Please translate the title in a capitalized format from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/FAbH7usRSPG

Explanation: The text is already uppercase by default and changed to lowercase with css for that demo. So capitalizing an uppercase text will result in uppercase text. There is no way to capitalize the first letter if it’s already uppercase along with the rest of the text. I hope this makes sense:)
