smooth scroll to row ID

Hi, I’d like to accomplish the same thing as in the dental studio demo when you click on the “Learn more” button on the homepage hero. When I set the link to #rowID, it works, but without smooth scrolling. I couldn’t find anything in the tutorial on this.

I’ve installed Newspaper 8.5.1

Hi,

The top part of that demo is not a Hero element. It consists of a row split in half, the image is a inline image element (on the left), then multiple inline text elements and a couple of buttons. The button elements have an option to scroll to class, this will produce the result you are looking for when scrolling

Sorry to ask this question but how can I set up to scroll to a row id?

Hi,

@Chito Buttons have options to set a scroll to class as mentioned above. Or you could use other elements that have a button, set an ID for the row where you want to scroll to and use it like this example
