Thumbnails blurry

Hi,
On my website, even though featured images are clear, all thumbnails are blurry. What could be the reason?

Hello,

Image compression is the first culprit for such issues. Please remove any image optimization tools you might use and then regenerate all your thumbs using the ‘force regenerate’ plugin
Please also test this without plugins as well so you will be sure no plugins interfere with image quality.
