Hi,
This element seems to be troublesome, we will investigate the issue and fix the problem. It seems to work if you keep switching and modifying it’s settings

Try this and it should work for you as well. Sorry for this inconvenience.
Thanks
Hi,
@PhoenixMedia Please try again, it will work eventually. Enter valid information in the Id field first, like this example

If there are no results initially please try fiddling the settings, change the number of columns or image gap options. The images should be displayed. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thanks
Pinterest has been having on/off issues since Jan 1, as they start ‘enforcing’ the category and sub-category topics.
Happened to me the other day, where I shared something to ‘entertainment’ and they captured broken icon, and no text; so I reshared, set a sub-topic of “sports” under “entertainment” and it worked.
Sooooo….might not be your issue. But they are trying to “categorize” all the content into more distinct fixed channels toward some monetization goal.
Not theme specific if you have proper tags they can read.
@melhud033 We could take a look, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information. Leave the pinterest configured, mention the location where it is placed. We will try to configure it.
Also paste a link to this topic in the email.
Error with Pinterest Widget in theme panel.
I am getting a similar error with connecting to a board in pinterest. Error reads:
Pinterestpinterest data error: pinterest data is not set, please check the ID
It is a direct copy/paste from pinterest itself.
Please let me know if you need any additional information.
Thanks
same here. my site are experiencing the same issue with Pinterest. feel the same thing happened to instagram few updates ago. then you guys fixed it
Instagram changed code on their side, this caused all the related Instagram widgets to not function at all. Pinterest should work although not ideally. Except trying the suggestion mentioned above I cannot provide any advice. It will work, for me it did after changing the settings a few times

Sorry for this inconvenience.
problem for me is Pinterest.com keep redirecting to Pinterest.ca then my user_id/boardname .. maybe this cause the trouble?
If the Pinterest id/board name is valid the board should eventually appear. Once clicked the images should lead to the pin page, while clicking on the ID will direct to the profile page of the user. That would be how it is supposed to work.
You could try a plugin provided Pinterest widget, maybe that would be easier to configure and have more advanced settings, if the one from the composer is not working properly for you.
