Cannot seem to set what posts are in top 3 on homepage

I want these to be the latest posts.

Also, I’d like the category and title of the post to be shown and CENTERED – but cannot figure out how.

Hi,

Each block and grid can be customized in terms of the content it displays. There are filtering and sorting options that you can use. Please see the block settings guide provided in your other topic.

Perhaps there is a way to center the way you need, I would need to know the elements you want this for.
