Update 8.6 update caused HTTP ERROR 500

The site is not working anymore after update and it’s about a paid membership site. This is bad.

Hello heatcliff,

A 500 error can have a bunch of causes but in usual debugging you would use such a guide: https://www.lifewire.com/500-internal-server-error-explained-2622938
Please access your files via FTP and try to rename the plugins folder and test again.

You can’t blame it on the plugins or something else. The moment I update the theme I received the http 500 error and it was time consuming to fix the issue.

fyi: I tried, issue the theme.

I want to thank Tagdiv for a great time but I am going to find an alternative to this theme. Imagine I was on holiday I would have lost a lot of money.

Don’t put an update if it has so much bugs(based on my experience and the posts I see here).

Hi,

Please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and ftp access if you want so we can take a look.
Please make a full backup as we may need to deactivate all your plugins except tagdiv composer. Also please make sure that System Status parameters are set properly – https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/

I also replied at envato dashboard. If you are unsatisfied you can ask for refund.
