Hi,
How to fill Big grid box thumbnails

I used the Regenerate Thumbnails and Core Regenerate Thumbnails plugins. But i guess still it isn’t working ???

Hi,
Still it seems there are issues with the thumbnails, some are not created properly. This could happen if the server does not have the GD library installed, as mentioned in the guide important note

Please contact your hosting provider and check if that is the case. They should be able to install it, then you can regenerate again. Clear all caching after the process is complete.
