error message in mobile

hello~

there is big problem with theme

my theme work well when i see my PC and ipad
but mobile(i phone) theme display this message

Warning : Missing argument 2 for td_on_pre_option_theme_mods_() in /www_root/wp-contents/themes/Newspaper/mobile/function.php on line 678

this message displayed 2 time.
on the header and under footer.

Hello,
Please disable and delete the current version of your mobile theme plugin and install it again from the newspaper 8.6 package. Also do this for the mobile theme plugin.
If the issue is still there, please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
