How to change excerpt of specific category?

Hi, how can I change the excerpt of one special category?
My editorial team and I are writing a lot of reviews and we are using a special introduction for all of our reviews.

So what we need is an excerpt, which starts at word 20 (haven’t count the words yet) for example just for the review category.
Can someone help to achieve this?

The theme excerpts have a general setting initially, either by word or letter count. Then they can be customized by module type

You could set an excerpt limit for each block that uses different modules, to have different lengths. Like this for example
