HTTP 500 error after plugin install

Hello,

I use WordPress 4.9.1 with Newsmag template. I tried to install some additional plugins, like bbPress and Media Library Folders. These are popular and common plugins, but after installation, I got error 500 on administration panel. I have to disable all the installed plugins to recover site. As I think there are some incompatibility between template related and these additional plugins. Is there a list available with name of supported plugins?

Thank you too! I installed bbPress and after that I got HTTP 500 on admin panel, so it seems unsupported for some reasons. Values in php.ini file are increased, so it shouldn’t be problem.

Hello PokerJokerHu,

A 500 error can have a bunch of causes but in usual debugging you would use such a guide: https://www.lifewire.com/500-internal-server-error-explained-2622938
Please access your files via FTP and try to rename the plugins folder and test again.

Thanks.
