Menu Showing categories multiple times (2 times on mobile)

Hello,
I am facing issue with a mobile view, in categories, category name appears 2 times.
For example i have menu
gadgets
smartphone
tips

then it shows on mobile menu like this,

gadgets
smartphone
tips
smartphone
tips
gadgets

Please provide your website URL so I will be able to provide a more accurate response. Remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results.
