Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option for this, sorry! You should try to find such a plugin with this functionality and check the results. Another alternative, in this case, would be to do it yourself in the code but if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

This change should have to be made directly in the main code.

page-author-box.php nofollow work but only for author page, i need to set it up on post author box 🙂
