tagDiv Multi-Purpose shortcodes actiavation

I have already activated tagDiv Multi-Purpose option in Theme Panel => Plugins, but I don’t have in TAGDIV COMPOSER => ADD ELEMENT => Multipurpose shortcodes section. I would like to build landing page. Where is this option? How can I enable Multipurpose shortcodes section?

Hi,

If the multi-purpose plugin is active, then all the elements that is provides will be visible in the tagDiv composer

From there they can be dragged and set on pages. If they are not displayed, then something is not working properly.
Please check the theme system status section

Ask your hosting provider to increase the values of the parameters mentioned in the guide, if needed.
Additionally try as a quick test to deactivate all plugins except theme plugins, check if this has any effect on the issue. Let us know the results.
