You should try using the text with title element like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/rmeSMUwcji If is not what you mean, provide more details.

as I wrote you I need to reach the grafic result in all widget title and blocks category.
The image you send me do not help me.
I do not want to use Tag div composer but a sitewide CSS for all the site.
