Wanting to have more options for column layout, I activated the Multi-Purpose plugin, however I am not seeing the additional layouts. I’ve deactivated all plugins on my site except for the Multi-Purpose plugin and Tagdiv Composer plugin, yet the problem still persists. I’m unsure why the issue might be happening.

Hello,
Please try to reinstall the theme and the multi-purpose plugin and make sure you keep the theme name intact. Do not change the theme name.
If you use a child theme please make sure you test with the main theme as well.
