Hello, I am a buyer, and I am trying to change some things in my newspaper config, but it is not working.
The parts are gray and and don’t find any button to save changes.
Can you help me please.
It happed after reinstalling with the new update of the theme.
I already conferred the purchased code and it is there.

If you’re using the child theme, swap to the parent to make changes. You should be able to save, then switch back to the child theme.
If you’re not using a child theme, check your file permissions.

Hello,
Most people change the name of the theme and the child theme to their own . Please revert the names of the theme and child theme to their original names as the multi-purpose plugin does not recognize other theme names.
