How do I assign a menu to multiple pages? What lines of the Header.php and footer.php file do I modify? What code should I input?

Hi,
You can assign a header menu for all the website, not specific pages. That is the functionality of the theme, there are no options to set multiple menus and condition them to appear on specific pages.
