I would like to remove a category from the search results. I have the site search feature on my main menu, and certain posts need to be published so sponsors can see them, but not the general public. I would like have these posts published but then removed from the search.
I used to use the category excluder plugin and I feel like it worked, but now they posts are showing up in the search and I am not sure how to remove them.

Hello,
Sorry but our theme does not have an advanced search option to remove certain posts from the search. Our theme uses the default search of wp so you can find a plugin that will affect the search rather easy. Try a few of them out from the wp repository and see how they work.
