Soon I bought a newspaper 🙂
I started picking up things. Without wanting at one of the blocks In TD Composer, I tried to write a shortcode name in Cyrillic alphabet.
Since then, it does not allow me to save any shortcodes in TD Composer. I cleared all sorts of caches in browsers and on the server, but not working. Chrome Inspect Element tool say:

Yes there is a bug regarding non Latin characters in the shortcode.
