Mobile Header Ad is not centered and cuts off screen

Hi there,

RE. https://www.syrupbee.com/

When I view my website from any width below 767px on my laptop the header ad displays fine (is centred and does not cut off screen), however, when I view my website from my actual mobile phone the header ad is not centred and is cut off on the right-hand side of the screen.

Any ideas how I can fix this so it shows up properly on my actual mobile phone? I have cleared the cache on my mobile phone already. Design works on a computer, but not on mobile.

Thanks,
Chris

Hello Chris,

I have inspected your website and saw that your header ad on mobile seems to work as expected, without any problem, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/6CEaTYgtp7 Try to clear all the caches and check the results. Notice that the theme simply takes the ad code and render it on your frontend. The theme does not have any control to the size of your ad. If you do not like you should change the ad and for this, you should contact the Google Adsense department.

Thanks for the message!

Hi Catalin, thank you.

On your screenshot my header ad is not centralised, it is cut off a bit on the right. That is how it appears on my end too. Is there a way to make the header ad cental on mobiles?

Thanks,
Chris

Moreover, I checked my iPhone and every ad on there (not just the header ad) is not central and is off-skew towards the right being sometimes cut off.

I also checked https://ready.mobi/#587252-mx7w which displays the ads in the same way on mobile devices.

Hello Mercuriel,

Indeed, your header ad on mobile seems to be incorrectly displayed but I do not know the cause of it, sorry! I saw that you are using a lot of untested plugins which can interact with the core files and causes a lot of unknown issues. Try to disable all of these, remove all of the additional customizations if you are using something like this, clear all the caches and check the results. Check our demo review on mobile and there you will see that the header and is centered as expected.

Hope this helps!

Thanks for your understanding!
