Cannot see my widgets in the TD Composer and Social Sharing is broken

I’m trying to edit the page Manage with Live Preview:
Manage Widgets

Here is the link it is accessing but blank:
website/wp-admin/customize.php?autofocus%5Bpanel%5D=widgets&return=%2Fwp-admin%2Fwidgets.php

also, how to fix my social sharing? it is broken in any of my articles:

Hello,

Our theme needs the widgets to be placed inside a widget sidebar element. Our theme does not support standard sidebars but sidebars grabbed through a tagdiv composer element. That is why it will not work from the live preview button. Please use the tagdiv composer and the widget sidebar element.

As for the social icons, please clear cache and reset cdn files.

Did you also clear browser cache?
Please test from a different browser or from a different machine
