Hey,
I have problem with saving some settings, eg. Footer –> Footer text.
I’m waiting, waiting, but it still processing and never ends…

Check your System status parameters: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
I have checked it.
System status by theme:

System status from my hosting provider (Godaddy):

I can see that the theme system status doesn’t show the actual memory limit…
How to manage?
The wp-config.php file is located in the wordpress root directory.
WP Memory Limit:
This parameter sets the amount of memory used by php and by default worpress can go up to 40MB. To avoid Memory Exhausted error this parameter should be set to at least 64MB and this can be done from wordpress wp-config.php file.
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '64M' );
Yes, I managed to increase the MEMORY, but the issue still persists…
I tried to:
– login/logout
– clear cache
– preload cache
nothing work…

Nothing work to me… I don’t know what’s wrong with this theme…
it doesn’t work for me. Still can’t save any settings in the Theme Panel. Any more ideas? I have tried almost everything…
Still the same issue, I can’t save any changes in settings….. just see the processing cubics..

Hello,
The issue can be caused by multiple reasons.
1) Changing the theme name. If this is the case, restore it to it;s original name
2) Outdated version of the multi-purpose plugin. Disable and delete it and then install it again from the theme plugins section.
3) Blocked files on your server. Please contact your host and have them disable any blocked files from the server side.
Thank you!
