Hello, I’m trying to add weather widget to sidebar, but nothing is displayed here without any error message.
- I installed latest version of Newspaper theme.
- I set API key of openweathermap properly.
Could you tell me the cause of this?

I have tested the weather widget in a sidebar. It first needs an API key from openweather, then a location

The widget displays properly for me once this information is entered

I have also tested the weather in the top bar location and on pages

So it should work for you as well. Try entering a different API key (you can create more API keys in your account) and location. Make sure the location is valid as well
– http://openweathermap.org/find
Try placing the widget on a page or use it in the top bar and see if it works there.
